  • 2 tbsp almond flour

  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Add ground pork, egg, almond flour, garlic, parmesan, and spices to a bowl.
  2. Mix gently using your hands until just combined (avoid overmixing).
  3. Shape into small, even meatballs.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Place meatballs in a single layer with space between them.
  6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Cook until golden outside and fully done inside.
  8. Let them rest briefly, then serve warm.
