In a mixing bowl, add the ground pork along with all the spices.
Mix everything gently using your hands until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the patties tender.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into round patties. Keep them slightly thin for even cooking.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3–4 minutes.
Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
Once golden brown and fully cooked, remove and let them rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
