Prepare beef:

Blanch broccoli:

Cook beef:
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Combine everything:
- Add broccoli to the skillet, pour in sauce, and toss well. Return beef, stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes until everything is coated and hot.
Garnish & serve:
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
