Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 4 –5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or mixed herbs
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Season the Chicken
  2. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Sear the Chicken
  4. Heat olive oil/butter in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  5. Make the Garlic Sauce
  6. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well.
  7. Add Parmesan & Seasoning
  8. Mix in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  9. Combine & Serve
  10. Return the chicken to the pan, spoon the creamy garlic sauce over it, and simmer for another 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For the best flavor, sear the chicken until golden and let the creamy garlic sauce simmer on low for a richer taste. If the sauce thickens too much, add a splash of chicken broth to adjust consistency.
