Ingredients
Method
- Season the Chicken
- Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Sear the Chicken
- Heat olive oil/butter in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Sauce
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well.
- Add Parmesan & Seasoning
- Mix in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Combine & Serve
- Return the chicken to the pan, spoon the creamy garlic sauce over it, and simmer for another 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For the best flavor, sear the chicken until golden and let the creamy garlic sauce simmer on low for a richer taste. If the sauce thickens too much, add a splash of chicken broth to adjust consistency.
