Keto Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients
  

1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Equipment

  • Large skillet (preferably cast iron)
  • Tongs
  • Wooden spoon
  • Spiralizer or julienne peeler (for zucchini noodles)
  • Cutting board & sharp knife

Method
 

  1. Prepare Steak Bites: Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Cook the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Make Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, add butter. Once melted, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add chili flakes (if using).
  4. Toss in Steak: Return steak bites to the skillet. Stir to coat with garlic butter, cooking for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  5. Prepare Zucchini Noodles: In another pan (or same skillet after removing steak), lightly sauté zucchini noodles in a little olive oil for 2–3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Assemble & Serve: Plate zucchini noodles and top with garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a splash of beef broth or white wine to the garlic butter sauce before tossing in the steak. If you want variety, replace zucchini noodles with cauliflower rice or broccoli mash for another delicious keto twist.
