Ingredients
  

  • 12 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sugar-free marinara sauce optional for dipping

  • Three small bowls

Method
 

  1. Freeze the mozzarella sticks for 30–40 minutes.
  2. Prepare three bowls:
  3. Bowl 1: Almond flour
  4. Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
  5. Bowl 3: Crushed pork rinds + garlic powder + Italian seasoning + paprika + salt + pepper
  6. Coat each frozen cheese stick in almond flour → egg → pork rind mixture.
  7. Repeat egg + coating for extra crispiness (optional).
  8. Freeze coated sticks for 15 minutes.
  9. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  10. Air-fry mozzarella sticks for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  11. Serve warm with keto marinara.

Notes

These mozzarella sticks are best served immediately after air-frying for maximum crispiness. You can prepare and freeze them ahead for a quick keto snack anytime. Pair with sugar-free marinara for a guilt-free indulgence!
