Ingredients
  

2 large chicken breasts (about 1 lb), cooked & sliced (grilled or pan-seared)
8 slices crispy bacon
8 large romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves (washed & dried)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato, sliced thin
1 small red onion, sliced thin (optional)
1/3 cup ranch dressing (sugar-free, keto-friendly)
1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil (for cooking chicken)
Salt & pepper, to taste

Equipment

  • Frying pan or skillet for chicken & bacon
  • Tongs for flipping
  • Cutting board & knife
  • Mixing bowls for assembling ingredients
  • Paper towels for draining bacon

Method
 

Cook the Bacon
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in the same skillet and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked (about 6–7 minutes per side). Slice thinly.
Prepare the Lettuce Wraps
  1. Lay out lettuce leaves on a plate.
  2. Spread a little ranch dressing on each leaf.
Assemble
  1. Add sliced chicken, 2 bacon strips, cheese, tomato, and onion (if using) onto each lettuce leaf.
  2. Drizzle with more ranch.
Wrap & Serve
  1. Carefully fold the lettuce leaf around the filling to make a wrap.
  2. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
